Ping Tools
With these two tools you can keep your Internet connection (Flatrate) alive, if your provider disables the connection if it's not busy for some minutes. You can use it also if you have an analog modem (e.g. 56k) with a low signal and your connection will be disabled to often. Define your desired intervall, type in the IP address you want and start pinging.

IP Info
You need only 2 clicks to get your LAN (Local area network) and WAN (Wide area network) IP addresses
with these two little tools. Both tools are for Windows 98/ME/NT/2000 and XP.

You need the VB Runtimes if Get IP doesn't work.
You can also check your addresses with
getip.com or right click on the icon (without a router) on the Windows taskbar which appears when you're online, click on Status, switch to Details. You will see your client (LAN) IP addresses and the server (WAN) IP addresses of your Internet Service Providers. With a router: Type the IP address of your router(mostly 192.168.0.1) in the address bar of your browser, hit return, search for the tab or menu link Status and you'll see your IP addresses.
File Splitters
Wiz HJSplit and Delphino File Splitter you will be able to split and copy
large files to floppies or send them via email. Naturally you can join splited files. It works with all file
formats. With HJSplit you must only replace the file extensions like .avi with .001, .002, ... before joining
and HJSplit adds .001, .002 ... to the splited pieces.
